Cox Names Michael Harris Director of Online Strategy/Development

By: E&P Staff Michael Harris has been named the director for online strategy and development at Cox newspapers, the company has announced.

Harris, who worked for the past seven years at the Arizona Republic, will assist the Cox Newspapers team in identifying significant online opportunities in each market as well as aggressively developing new product plans, local audiences and online strategic plans.

?Mike will be a positive and energized member of our team,? said Leon Levitt, vice president of digital media for Cox Newspapers. ?He was one of the true jewels at The Arizona Republic and I am absolutely delighted that he chose to work with us at Cox Newspapers.?
