CT Mobile Puts Production Data into Handheld Devices

By: E&P Staff Any user of a handheld device (iPhone, BlackBerry or similar) will now be able to access production figures on the go via MWM CopyTrack software from the Pittsburgh-based MWM System Inc. subsidiary of Sweden's MWM Group.

With CT Mobile, users can access the following information via their mobile devices: press, product, total ordered copies, total copies, waste percent, good copies and estimated off time.

The application also may be customized to better fit a customer's needs.

MWM's approximately160 customers worldwide include The Seattle Times, Houston Chronicle, Los Angeles Times, St. Petersburg Times, El Tiempo, New York's Daily News, Spain's El Mundo, Australia's Fairfax group, Finland's Helsingen Sanomat and Sweden's Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet.
