'Daily Times' in Farmington, N.M., Names Editor

By: E&P Staff Joseph Garcia has been named editor of The Daily Times in Farmington, N.M.

Garcia, 44, most recently served as senior editor of the Tucson Citizen in Arizona. He joined the newspaper as a reporter in 1987, and was promoted to city editor in 1996. In 2001 he was named assistant managing editor and was appointed senior editor in 2003.
