Day Partner Leap Media Expands Customer Base

A Colorado-based publisher of more than two dozen newspapers and magazines has become the sixth firm nationwide to join a growing content-marketing consortium organized by Leap Media Solutions LLC, a startup company in which The Day has a small equity interest.

Swift Communications, with publications in Colorado, California, Nevada, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oregon and South Dakota, this month joined The Day, The Erie Times-News of Pennsylvania, The Frederick News-Post of Maryland, The Bakersfield Californian and the Aurora Media Group of Aurora, Colo., in a consortium intended to provide marketing technology and support to independently owned publications nationwide.
