DENVER PAPERS SIGN DEAL WITH DIRECT MAIL FIRM

By: Staff Reports ADVO Extends Agreement With 'Denver Post'

The Denver Newspaper Agency, the new joint operating agreement,
signed a five-year deal with ADVO Inc., the big direct mail
marketing company based in Windsor, Conn. The agreement extends a
joint selling and distribution deal that ADVO had with The
Denver Post.

ADVO will distribute a direct mail package including
advertisements from the newspapers to all non-subscribers of the
Post and Rocky Mountain News in the Denver area.
Each newspaper will distribute similar packages to their
subscribers via the papers.
