As newspapers move forward with their digital experimentation, they still need to keep an eye on their legacy business, says Deseret News CEO Clark Gilbert. "Transforming your organization in the face of a disruption requires two transformations," Gilbert told attendees Wednesday at the Local Media Association's fall conference in St. Louis. "The strategy, tactics, thinking and logic is just going to be different for both."
