Doege Named Circ Director at 'Star Tribune'

By: E&P Staff Cindy Doege has been named circulation director at the Star Tribune in Minneapolis. She will guide day-to-day circulation activities and will oversee administrative/staff support areas.

Doege was previously director of strategic planning in circulation. She will continue her financial and strategic planning duties in her new role.

"The Star Tribune is one of the few major metro newspapers in the country that has been consistently growing circulation," Steve Alexander, senior vice president, Circulation, said in a statement. "Cindy's engineering of financial models and her relentless tracking of performance has been key in driving our circulation growth."

Doege has worked with the Star Tribune for 10 years. She was recently honored by the National Newspaper Association as one of the top "Twenty Under 40" industry professionals.
