Donald W. Bailey Named President of 'The Augusta (Ga.) Chronicle'

Donald W. Bailey has been named president of The Augusta (Ga.) Chronicle.

Bailey, 43, has served as general manager of the Chronicle and its other publications since 2002. He first worked for the newspaper as its classified manager in 1992, and assumed responsibilities as retail advertising director in 1993. He moved to Savannah, Ga., as advertising director of the Savannah Morning News in 1996.
