By: E&P Staff Dow Jones has launched its first paid e-mail newsletter.
The Wall Street Journal's OpinionJournal.com is offering a newsletter on national, state and local elections through 2004. Including news, analysis, commentary and gossip, "Political Diary" will be edited by Holman W. Jenkins Jr. of the
Journal's editorial board.
Other members of the paper's editorial board will also contribute.
For $3.95 per month, subscribers will receive the e-mail product Monday through Friday.

OpinionJournal.com is a free site, drawing 1.2 million unique visitors a month, according to Dow Jones.
