DTI SaaS Puts First Customer in the Cloud

By: E&P Staff Digital Technology International, Springville, Utah, was chosen by Woodward Communications' Telegraph Herald, Dubuque, Iowa, to supply its cloud computing platform for deployment of a new DTI Circulation solution (see March E&P).

DTI Cloud will enable the Telegraph Herald to implement the circulation system faster and without the capital expenditure required for an on-premise installation.

DTI Cloud offers the Telegraph Herald an opportunity to reduce costs through cloud computing/software-as-a-service deployment and the ability to respond rapidly to changing needs in digital news publishing.

"The software applications, servers and IT infrastructure are managed by DTI, allowing the Telegraph Herald to focus on their audience and their content," DTI Sales Vice President Dan Paulus, said in a statement.
