Editorial Cartooning Book Out in Paperback

By: E&P Staff "Drawn to Extremes: The Use and Abuse of Editorial Cartoons" will be released in paperback next month by Columbia University Press.

The book -- published in hardcover in late 2004 -- is by Chris Lamb, a former reporter who's now associate professor of communication at the College of Charleston in South Carolina.

Lamb (profiled in E&P's February 2005 issue) has also written about editorial cartooning for E&P, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Sun of Baltimore, the Chicago Tribune, the Houston Chronicle, The Miami Herald, and other media outlets.
