'E&P' Launches Online Year Book

By: Editor & Publisher Directories has launched an online edition of the International Year Book, the encyclopedia of the newspaper industry, for a one-year subscription of $695.

The Year Book Online provides instantaneous access to information on over 14,000 U.S. and Canadian daily newspapers, weekly newspapers, publishing groups, sales representatives, and equipment manufacturers. The search engine also provides access to information about 90,000 newspaper industry personnel, including contact information such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

E&P's research department will update the data throughout the year.
