So here's your chance. We won't tip Joe's hand, but merely reflect that it was a busy year of layoffs, top properties bought and sold, much criticism of war and political campaign coverage, growing Web influences, along with the usual newsroom scandals and controversial business dealings, plus a few treatments in popular culture.
