Eric Lumpkin has been named online retail manager for the central and northern Virginia regions of Media General's interactive media division.
Lumpkin joined TimesDispatch.com in 1999 and has most recently served as senior account executive of sales for Media General Interactive.
In his new capacity, Lumpkin will manage direct online retail advertising and convergence sales with 13 newspaper and magazine partners in the Richmond, Northern Virginia and Charlottesville regions.
