By: E&P Staff Dan Herres has been promoted to executive vice president of Evening Post Publishing Co., the Charleston, S.C.-based media company has announced.
Herres most recently served as president of Evening Post Publishing Newspaper Group. In his new capacity, he will be involved in corporate planning and will report to John Barnwell, the company?s CEO and vice chairman.
Cathy Wilkerson succeeds Herres as the Evening Post Publishing Newspaper Group?s president. She is promoted from vice president.
Evening Post Publishing Co. owns The Post and Courier in Charleston, among other newspapers and media outlets.
