By: E&P Staff Famed illustrator Ralph Steadman, who rose to fame and then stayed there with his work for Rolling Stone in the 1970s, contributed the cover drawing for the just-published November issue of E&P.

Titled "Jacks of Hearts," it features a playing card with the familiar double-jacks, but this time in the persons of John Kerry and George W. Bush.

Kerry, who holds a feather pen and appears somewhat dazed, says, "Who, Me?" Bush holds an axe and utters, "Four More God-Willing Years!!"
