By: E&P Staff The Financial Times has named Doug Morrow, global operations director of newspapers. He was previously global production and distribution director.
In his new role, Morrow will be responsible for global printing and distribution of the FT's five editions produced at 23 plants across the world. The FT is distributed in 140 countries.
Additionally, Mhairi Swann has been appointed global operations director of magazines. Swann was previously in charge of operations and production of FT Business publications.
"As the Financial Times continues to increase its reach and influence around the world, these two veterans will play integral roles in helping to build and better-serve our loyal readership," Greg Zorthian, global circulation director, said in a statement.
