'Fitz & Jen' Podcast Welcomes The Marburger Brothers, on Proposed Changes in Copyright Law

By: E&P Staff In the latest edition of E&P's "Fitz and Jen Give You the Business" podcast, Editor-at-Large Mark Fitzgerald and Senior Editor Jennifer Saba host special guests David and Daniel Marburger.

David is a First Amendment attorney at Baker and Hostetler, and Daniel is an economics professor at Arkansas State University. The Marburger brothers are proposing a change in copyright laws in order to protect newspapers and all content providers. It's a subject that is the topic of much debate, and the Marburgers are here to explain some of the myths floating around in the blogosphere.

David and Daniel, contrary to popular belief, are very pro-links and applaud the Google News model. Listen in as the brothers advocate that without changes in the copyright law, newspapers will not survive.
