Five Newspapers Select Presteligence Electronic Tearsheets

Posted
By: E&P Staff Presteligence in North Canton, Ohio, has sold its Adinfinitum electronic tearsheet and invoice delivery solution to five U.S. dailies that will use the system to provide electronic proofs to display ad customers.

The five dailies are the Bay City News of San Francisco, Saginaw (Mich.) News, The Oregonian, Portland, Sioux City (Iowa) Journal, and Mobile (Ala.) Register.

Sioux City will use Adinfinitum to reduce the costs of providing customers with hard-copy tearsheets as ads appear and with monthly invoices. Advertisers will receive same-day notification that their tearsheets are available for viewing, according to Presteligence.

The Oregonian will begin using Adinfinitum for classified display customers, and then will use it for ROP customers in a second phase. "We saw the savings and felt it important to introduce electronic tearsheets for our display classified customers as soon as possible, even though our ROP ads were not ready," Oregonian Project Manager Kathy Monnot said in a statement.
