By: E&P Staff On his blog today, "Dilbert" creator Scott Adams asks the question: What happens when a cartoonist runs a restaurant?

Adams -- who owns and manages "Stacey's at Waterford" in Dublin, Calif. -- described several innovative things he's done recently to try to increase business at his eatery. They include:

-- Ranking dishes by popularity on the menu.

-- Holding a "Game Night" every Monday, during which patrons can bring their own board games or use the restaurant's.

-- Starting a "Networking Lunch" in which people meet with five strangers.

Adams -- whose blog post can be seen here -- does the "Dilbert" comic for more than 2,000 newspapers via United Media.
