Former ABC Employees Tapped to Run Circ Consultancy

By: E&P Staff Two former Audit Bureau of Circulations employees have been tapped to run a new circulation consultancy, Innovative Publisher Services (IPS).

IPS caters to publishers, including those in the newspaper industry, looking for services on circulation programs, compliance issues, refund processing, and marketing support.

The Chicago-based IPS is a subsidiary of Contrail, the parent company of magazine subscription agencies ValueMags.com and Emgazines.com

Vice President of Publisher Relations Ginny Seibert was previously a director of marketing and sales with ABC where she worked for 17 years. Jeff Walsh, IPS?s director of audit compliance and promotions most recently served as a publisher relations manager within the ABC?s field auditing department.
