Former Iowa 'Tribune' Owners Land In W.Va.

By: Lucia Moses Michael Gartner and Gary Gerlach, former co-owners of The Tribune in Ames, Iowa, bought Community Newspaper Holdings Inc.'s Jackson County, W.Va., publishing operations, including two weeklies and a printing company. Terms were not disclosed.

Dirks, Van Essen & Murray, Santa Fe, N.M., represented the seller.
