Former Publisher of The Messenger to Retire

Bob Morris, a former publisher of The Messenger, is retiring at the end of the year as publisher of Paxton Media Group's Owesnboro Newspaper Group, which includes The Messenger.

Morris was publisher in Madisonville from 1995 to 2000.
