Fresno Bee Moving Printing Operation to Sacramento

The Fresno Bee will transfer its printing and packaging operations to The Sacramento Bee beginning Aug. 1, president and publisher Tom Cullinan has announced. Cullinan said The Bee will remain a seven-day-a-week printed newspaper, while continuing its growth as a digital-first media company. By moving its Fresno printing and packaging operations, he said, The Bee will free up resources to allow it to continue to be the dominant news operation in the region.
