FT.com, the Web site of the Financial Times newspaper in London, and
Hoover's Inc. of Austin, Texas, have agreed to share information on their
respective Web sites.

News stories on FT.com will provide links to Hoover's profiles on over 65,000
public and private companies. In return, users of Hoover's Online
(http://www.hoovers.com) and Hoover's Online U.K. (http://www.hoovers.co.uk)
will be provided with links to relevant news on FT.com.

The companies also hope to integrate their content on Hoover's sites in France,
Germany, Italy, and Spain.
