Gannett Declares Dividend, Re-elects Three Directors

By: E&P Staff Gannett announced today shareholders re-elected Craig Dubow, Donna Shalala, and Neal Shapiro to its board for one-year terms. Each received more than 95% of the votes cast.

Additionally, the board declared a dividend of 40 cents per share payable on July 1, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 6, 2008.
