Gannett Goes Live with Relationals' CRM System

By: E&P Staff Gannett Co. Inc. recently deployed a 1,100-seat Relationals customer relationship management system for 45 of its dailies, which include The Cincinnati Enquirer, The Arizona Republic in Phoenix, The Indianapolis Star, and Asbury Park (N.J.) Press.

The Relationals CRM system is designed to automate and streamline communications with advertisers while generating new revenues, according to Relationals.

Using the new CRM system across its properties, Gannett looks to enhance the management of ad leads, reduce the time it takes to update customer information, facilitate tele-sales and e-mail campaigns, and improve overall data quality.
