Gannett will soon move into its New York City headquarters

Gannett has moved out of its headquarters in Fairfax County, Virginia, preparatory to a relocation to New York City. 

The company will open its new headquarters, a 24,000 square-foot space in New York on March 31, according to FFXnow, quoting an SEC document.  

Pending that change, employees will work remotely or in the publisher’s Washington, D.C., bureau, which will survive, the report states.
