Gannett's Interstate Newspaper Group Appoints Senior Group President

By: E&P Staff Barbara A. Henry has been named senior group president of Gannett's newly formed Interstate Newspaper Group.

Henry will continue in her current role as president/publisher of The Indianapolis Star. The new group also includes The Cincinnati Enquirer, The Courier-Journal in Louisville, The Tennessean in Nashville, and Gannett's other daily and non-daily publications in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and southern Ohio.

David F. Licko, vice president/finance at The Indianapolis Star, has been appointed the Interstate Group's controller.
