Giobbe, Burnagiel join E&P p.

By: Dorothy Giobbe DOROTHY GIOBBE HAS joined Editor & Publisher as an associate editor with primary responsibility for the advertising/promotion section.
A graduate of Boston University, Giobbe has worked as a classified account executive at New York Press, a sales assistant at Cosmopolitan magazine and most recently an associate editor at Metal Center News, a Capital Cities/ABC publication.
Also joining E&P is Lawrence Burnagiel, who was named promotion manager. Burnagiel is a former promotion manager of the Hartford Courant and Call-Chronicle Newspapers, Allentown, Pa. He also worked as a senior ad copywriter at the Denver Post; circulation/editorial promotion supervisor at the Des Moines Register and Tribune Co.; and promotion manager at Observer & Eccentric Newspapers, Livonia, Mich.
