Glacier Media Buys Goss Community to Print 'Globe and Mail'

Through distributor and service provider Impressions Worldwide, Glacier Media, Vancouver, British Columbia, ordered and will install a Goss Community SSC press in this summer.

The press is to consist of 40 SSC printing units from Goss International as part of an investment strategy to improve revenue and print quality.

Glacier Media will use the new press when it begins printing copies of The Globe and Mail for distribution in Saskatchewan and Manitoba (E&P Online, March. 24).

"Working with Impressions Worldwide as an intermediary is somewhat unique, but their understanding of the specific requirements of the publisher, as well as their knowledge of the Goss Community SSC towers, has helped to synchronize the project," Goss International Sales Manager Merton Howard said in a statement.
