By: A veteran reporter has died after suffering a burst blood vessel in the Green Bay Press-Gazette newsroom Monday night. He's 38-year-old Andy Nelesen.

The newspaper reports he died just after noon Thursday. Nelesen worked at the newspaper for 13 years, primarily covering police, fire and courts.

He also took one of the iconic photos of Super Bowl XXXI, with Packers defensive end Sean Jones holding his son in one arm and the Vince Lombardi Trophy in the other.

Press-Gazette president and publisher Kevin Corrado says Nelesen was respected and admired both as a journalist and as a person.

Nelesen won numerous reporting awards, including, with Paul Srubas, the 2008 Golden Gavel award for coverage of the Cha Vang homicide trial.
