By: E&P Staff Rich and Ronda Reeves, third-generation owners of The Greenville (Ill.) Advocate, have sold the paid twice-weekly paper and its sibling shopper to Jay and Paul Endress, owners of the Macoupin County Enquirer-Democrat in Carlinville, Illinois.
The announcement was made Thursday by John Cribb, of Bozeman, Mont.-based Cribb, Greene & Associates, who represented the sellers in the transaction. Terms were not released.
