'Half Moon Bay Review' (Calif.) Relaunches Web Site

By: E&P Staff On its 108th birthday, the Half Moon Bay Review has undergone a complete redesign of both the newspaper and its Web site.

Publisher Deb Godshall notes in a statement that while the design itself has made the site more navigable, The Review now has the capacity to post breaking news updates online as they occur, "changing its traditional weekly format more of a daily -- or even hourly -- publication."

Besides breaking news, the revamped site offers readers a forum to post and comment on Review news stories and features, and includes galleries of photos taken throughout the week In the future, the paper will look to add more audio and video content, slide shows, photo uploads from readers, local blogs and special Web site sections sponsored by local advertisers, according to Godshall.
