By: E&P Staff The Hartford Courant's business editor, George P. Gombossy, is leaving his position to write an investigative consumer column for the paper, tentatively titled "At Your Service." In his column, Gombossy will research consumer complaints and try to answer their questions.
?George?s understanding of business, government and consumer issues, his wide circle of contacts and his years of experience as one of the Courant?s most effective investigative reporters make him ideally suited for the job,? Editor Cliff Teutsch said in a statement.
Gombossy began working at the Courant in 1969. His replacement has not been announced.
