By: E&P Staff Sheila Lalwani, a graduate student at Harvard?s Kennedy School of Government, has been awarded the Irene Corbally Kuhn Scholarship. The $2,000 Overseas Press Club Foundation scholarship is awarded to an aspiring foreign correspondent.
