Hearst Newspapers Names New Group Publisher and President of Connecticut Newspapers

Henry B. Haitz III has been named group publisher and president of Hearst Connecticut Newspapers. The announcement was made by Steven R. Swartz, president and CEO of Hearst Corporation, and Hearst Newspapers President Mark Aldam. Haitz, 49, begins his new position on January 6 and will report to Aldam.
