Helen Everson, the longtime co-publisher of the Edgerton Reporter who died Monday, used her strong work ethic and community involvement to make the newspaper one of the best weeklies in the state for decades, a former newspaper employee said.
Everson, 98, died in the care of her family at her home, according to her obituary.
