By: E&P Staff Columnist Heloise will once again emcee the Fiesta Pooch Parade in San Antonio, Texas.
The April 26 event benefits the San Antonio chapter of the Delta Society, which has the mission of "improving human health through service and therapy animals."
Heloise -- who will be accompanied by Cabbie, her miniature Schnauzer -- writes "Hints From Heloise" for about 500 newspapers via King Features Syndicate.
The Texas-based columnist was profiled in E&P's November 2007 issue to mark the 30th anniversary of her taking over "Hints" from her mother, the original Heloise (1919-1977).
