Hispanic Link to Host Teens at Unity

By: Dave Astor Hispanic Link Journalism Foundation (HLJF) will host 200 teens at this August's Unity convention in Washington, D.C.

The Aug. 4-5 "Creating Future Journalists" program is free to the student participants (and their mentors). They'll be welcomed by some of the country's leading journalists of color, tour nearby newspaper and TV operations, attend workshops exploring media careers, and more. Applications are currently being accepted.

HLJF is affiliated with Hispanic Link News Service (http://www.hispaniclink.org).
