The Virginia Supreme Court handed another victory to HotJobs.com of New York last week. The
court denied a petition for review filed by America Online subsidiary Digital City Inc., which
has been seeking to get out of an advertising contract with HotJobs. The denial of the petition
means that Digital City, based in Dulles, Va., must continue to run ads from HotJobs, in spite
of the plan to make Monster.com Digital City's exclusive jobs partner.
