'Hoy' Names VP/GM of N.Y. Edition

By: E&P Staff An?bal Torres has been named vice president and general manager of Hoy's New York edition.

Torres most recently was publisher of El Sentinel, a Spanish-language weekly published by Orlando Sentinel Communications, from 2003 to 2005. During that time he also led elSentinel.com, the newspaper's Web site.
