By: (AP) The husband of a newspaper photographer was convicted Thursday of murdering his estranged wife.
Raymond Houston, 41, had been jailed since his arrest two years ago after the body of Luci Houston, 43, was found in the back seat of her car, shot in the head and stomach.
Houston faces a maximum 40 years to life in prison when he's sentenced Dec. 12. Prosecutors portrayed him as an abusive and controlling man who killed his wife after an argument.
