By: E&P Staff Hyatt Hotels and Resorts is now distributing complimentary copies of The Wall Street Journal to the majority of guests who are Hyatt Gold Passport members.

The program is expected to roll out completely this month at Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, and Park Hyatt hotels.

"The Wall Street Journal's content is broader and more relevant than ever, engaging today's travelers who desire quality news and information covering their business and personal pursuits," Paul Bascobert, chief marketing officer for the Dow Jones Consumer Media Group, said in a statement. "We are pleased that Hyatt has chosen the Journal for their loyal guests who frequent these top properties across the country."

Hotel copies account for about 4% of the Wall Street Journal's average daily (Monday-Friday) circulation, according to the paper?s publisher's statement for the six months ending March 2009.

Earlier in April Marriott Hotels started delivering the Wall Street Journal to guests upon request.
