Ian Salisbury joins Barron's

Ian Salisbury

Ian Salisbury is joining Barron’s as a senior investing writer.

Salisbury has more than 20 years of experience covering markets and helping readers make smart money decisions, both as a writer and editor. 

He joins Barron's from Buy Side, The Wall Street Journal’s affiliate-driven shopping and review site, where for the past two years he oversaw money coverage. 

Previously, he was an editor and staff writer for Money magazine, where he wrote feature stories about topics like investing, retirement and taxes and covered the 2016 presidential election. Earlier in his career he spent a decade writing for several Dow Jones publications including the Newswire, SmartMoney, Marketwatch and the WSJ Digital Network.

He starts April 15.
