'IHT' Makes High-Level Appointments

By: E&P Staff The International Herald Tribune appointed Stephen Dunbar-Johnson to executive vice president. Along with his current duties as head of newspaper advertising sales, he will also oversee marketing and circulation as well as the IHT's Asia office.

Achilles Tsaltas, worldwide circulation director, has been named vice president, circulation and development. He will report to Dunbar-Johnson.

Operations director Philippe Montjolin has been appointed senior vice president. Along with his current responsibilities he will oversee finance and human resources.

Controller Suzanne Yvernes succeeds Clive Hole as CFO. Hole is leaving the company, having completed his tenure as interim CFO.

In addition IHT is creating an executive committee made up of Michael Golden, publisher of IHT, Dunbar-Johnson, Montjolin, Tsaltas, Executive Editor Michael Oreskes and Beatrice Gau-Archambault, director of human resources.
