Illinois 'Northwest Herald' Names Circ Director

By: E&P Staff Sheila Highland has been named circulation director for the Northwest Herald in Crystal Lake, Ill.

Highland last worked for the St. Paul (Minn.) Pioneer-Press, where she served as circulation sales and marketing manager. From 1999-2002 she was circulation-marketing manager for The Gazette in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
