By: Editorial Staff INDIANAPOLIS NEWSPAPERS Inc., publisher of the Indianapolis Star and Indianapolis News, will erect a $17 million packaging center at a site yet to be selected.
The Blevins Harding Group has worked on the project for INI since early last year.
Expected to be operating by next summer, the center will store and package preprinted sections now processed at INI's downtown headquarters, which continue to perform some packaging after the new center opens.
Ratio Architects Inc. was retained for detail design.
Fink, Roberts & Petrie Inc. will handle structural and civil engineering. Mussett, Nicholas & Associates Inc. is responsible for mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. Huber, Hunt & Nichols Inc. is general contractor. All are local firms.
