Indonesian Tabs Tap WoodWing

By: E&P Staff Indonesian sports newspaper Bola and health tabloid Gaya Hidup Sehat, both owned by the Kompas Gramedia Group, are using WoodWing's Smart Connection Enterprise and the Adobe Creative Suite as their new editorial platform. WoodWing's regional partner, Serious Technology, handled the implementation.

The solution involved moving the publications to the Adobe Creative Suite platform and adding InCopy and InDesign Server with online real-time Web-editing capabilities. The WoodWing Smart Connection Enterprise publishing platform helps streamline production and eliminate bottlenecks in the workflow, according to the company.

WoodWing, based in Zaandam, The Netherlands, reported that its Asia-Pacific region sales have more than doubled over the last 12 months.
