Kicking off INMA World Congress in New York City on Monday, 70 delegates from 18 countries spent day one of a two-day study tour visiting four legacy news media companies: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, and CBS Interactive.

All discussed how they are better engaging with audiences, transforming their companies into audience-first and (primarily) audience-supported.
